Horsemanship Classes • Summer Programs • Next Generation Leadership

The South Carolina Black Cowboy Coalition is dedicated to supporting trail ride clubs, empowering our youth, and enriching the wider community. We offer Horsemanship Classes, Next Generation Leadership programs, and exciting Paid Summer Programs for Kids—all focused on preserving and passing down the authentic Black cowboy legacy for generations to come.

Whether you're new to horses or looking to improve your riding skills, this 45-minute Horsemanship Class is designed to teach the fundamentals of safe and confident horse handling. Participants will learn basic horse behavior, grooming, tacking, leading, and essential riding techniques from experienced horsemen and horsewomen in a fun, hands-on environment.

At the conclusion of the class, each participant will receive a FREE gift bag filled with useful horse-related items and resources to continue their horsemanship journey.
