The Council
The Council leads the Coalition by setting vision, protecting the mission, and guiding major decisions. They oversee Trail ride rules and regulations set by the President and Vice President of each saddle to ensure we honor the legacy of Black cowboys. They support our members, and create safe, meaningful opportunities for the cowboys and their families across the state.
